    DECS equipment is supplied with easy to use 'Quick Reference Cards' to help with minor problems you may experience with your dispenser.

    Each dispenser has supplied with it on installation full User Manuals.

    Our Cafitesse 400 range of dispensers is programmed to show error messages to identify the problem area within the dispenser. Many of these error messages will enable the user to correct the problem and allow continued use.
